‘Cookies’

Your rights

In addition to the company's safeguards your personal data is protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act.  This provides amongst other things that the data we hold about you should be processed lawfully and fairly.  It should be accurate, relevant and not excessive.  The information should, where necessary, be kept up to date and not retained for longer than is necessary.  It should be kept securely to prevent unauthorised access by other people.  You have the right to see what is held about you and correct any inaccuracies.

Our Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to the original branch from which you purchased it within 30 days. This is provided you have the proof of purchase and the product is still sealed in its original packaging. Together, we will refund/exchange the returned items using your original payment method.

Due to reasons relating to health and safety, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for chilled and frozen products unless the items are deemed faulty or not fit for consumption. 

You are also welcome to exchange the item for another of equal or higher value. For items of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
